Refund Process

  2. Ship the product back to our warehouse at your own cost.

  3. Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will replace the item at no extra cost.
