At Folivivo, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, our refund and return policy ensures a smooth process.

Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.

• Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened hair care products.

• Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional bundle.

Refund Process

1. Contact our support team at support@folivivo.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Ship the product back to our warehouse at your own cost.

3. Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will replace the item at no extra cost.
